And for COVID-19 safety protocol, we’ve added clickable info and now Driver’s photo will have vaccinated badge. On the background, we’ve added some tech-stuff in order for us to improve your experience in using our app. Lets go!
For those who might have issue when linking your eWallet to our App, all bugs has been killed!
We’ve also improving flow in the app for your convenience after your trip completed. If you don’t know, BirdKirim has new name. we called it Bluebird Kirim, you will see the changes on this version. You should try this whenever you want to send some stuff, VIP treated guaranteed!
We’re evolving, from now on, BirdKirim will changed to Bluebird Kirim, feel the differences!
Along with the changes, we’ve killed some bugs as well on app dark mode, EasyRide features on e-wallet notification & validating taxi number. We’ve added info for you when you want to call our Call Center numbers in all cities, or when you add pick up instruction-we’ve made it easier for you. And if you like the details, you can also add your flight info to make it clearer for our driver. Enjoy yaa!

Birdkirim is better and improved! Now you can add contact details such as names and phones, for both receivers & senders
Extended call to your drivers! Now you can call your drivers whenever you made a booking and until you arrive at your destination. This also applies to Birdkirim, so you can always communicate with your drivers while at the same time track your parcels. Oh! And don't worry, your number will be hidden as well ?
